E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR – Costa Mesa, CA

Branded Online is a technology company that specializes in one-stop end-to-end customized eCommerce solutions. Our variety of services include site development, creative services, online marketing, customer service, fulfillment among other services that ensure our client’s online success.

WHAT YOU’ll DO

We are looking for an ambitious and high energy Buyer that will be responsible but are not limited to the following:

  • Buy and analyze product assortment for brands & licensees monthly
  • Engage with brands for weekly meetings to recommend and implement product changes
  • Communicate with licensee production teams regarding orders
  • Update roll ups, SKU logs, projection sheets and PO
  • Strategize big ideas for merchandising on site
  • Execute & communicate product and new business launches with partners
  • Roadmap calendar for marketing and recommendation product stories/big ideas
  • Communications with Brand owner for marketing needs, photo shoots, etc.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, can work independently and driven to be successful. Successful candidates will be entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to connect with potential clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 3-5 years’ experience in buying
  • Demonstrated understanding of retail and e-commerce marketing techniques, measurement and financial principles
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust with all professional levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to effectively time-manage
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics, CoreMetrics) and MS Office applications
  • System knowledge in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento a big plus!
  • E-commerce agency experience
